Full Stack Plumbing and Well - Chapel Hill

Full stack first came out when we had a leak in a VERY annoying location after the holidays (see photo with labels/before); it was a slow leak over the holidays but we didn't want to interrupt anyone's holiday for a non-emergent leak. They were able to fix it but we also realized (after 12 years) that it was time to reevaluate our "water closet" (see photo with labels). Full Stack said, "ok!!" And CW (owner) came out and brainstormed a few ideas and tested our water. A few weeks later, the crew came and raced the snow to install an aquahut, moving the hot water heater and pressure tank outside into a cozy hut, and make our "water closet" WAY easier to maintain and look SLEEK. The water filter and acid neutralizer need to be changed every 6 months and it was sooooooo tricky that it always ended in "I hate this house" and "we should move." Thanks to Full Stack I can't wait until we need to do maintenance in August- it'll be a BREEZE!!! We did encounter a couple of hiccups but Full Stack was amazing at resolving. CW may be a bit of a perfectionist and came back the day snow was predicted to add some finishing touches so that it looked how he wanted. 😍 That's totally the way we roll and it was so great to find someone similar!!! Corey was very professional, courteous and patient with my elderly father who had a plumbing issue. Corey explained exactly what he would be doing to fix the issue. Corey and Full Stack were also ethical. An out of town company quoted a repair that was not needed and quoted an extremely expensive repair price. Corey and Full Stack saved my dad money and were able to fix the issue quickly. I will definitely be using Full Stack for any plumbing needs I may have.

Jeff and his helper did a great job with our project. They were very respectful of our house; we would definitely use them again.

Once again Full Stack hits a home run! Pretty bad leak at the outdoor hose bib. Have me a price, seemed simple to fix. Then they found it more difficult as it was installed incorrectly from previous plumbers, they got right to it, fixed it in a very timely fashion, took pics to show me everything and charged me original price. Oh, the young fellas they have working are great! Really an outstanding experience again. They are my new plumbers and I’m spreading it far and wide. Full Stack Rocks! Rich T

After giving Full Stack a glowing review on the $4500 tankless water heater I bought, I now have to report that follow up service has been extremely disappointing, in fact, non existent. I'm very unhappy with the Rennai unit I purchased and asked them for help in resolving the issues. The purchase was supposed to reduce my water bill but instead both my gas and electric bills have increased significantly. I'm almost certain it has to do with the settings they made when they installed the tank. But here's the kicker: I have called them several times over the past three weeks to discuss the problem and they have yet to even return any of my calls. I am so sorry I chose them to do the job.
